Liverpool’s premier brass band's inaugural performance in The Tung Auditorium as an affiliate organisation.

Brass bands have been an icon of British musical culture since the 1800’s. The ensemble’s appeal to the wider public is, in large part, due to their musical versatility, and a willingness and drive amongst the brass banding movement to perform music that spans multiple genres.

Bands have long relied on the skills of talented arrangers and transcribers to bring a breadth of music to life in brass. From Brahms to the Beatles, hymn tunes to heavy metal; brass arrangers breathe new and different life in to the music we all love so much.

With a programme guaranteed to entertain every music lover, this concert is an opportunity to hear and celebrate some of the brass banding movements finest arrangers and their art form.
