Accessibility
We aim for The Tung Auditorium to be as accessible as possible for all customers. If you have a question regarding a specific access requirement or you would like help in planning your visit, please contact us on 0151 794 1500 or email [email protected]
Access Tickets
Access tickets are available for audience members who have additional access requirements. This could include wheelchair users (manual, electric or transferring), D/deaf people, those requiring a hearing loop, those requiring ambulant seating, or those who require a companion in order to attend. This list is not comprehensive, we recognise that access requirements can be multiple and unique to an individual.
You can create or login to your account, click on the 'other preferences' tab and select your access requirements, which will allow you to book these online, and ensure that we know what your requirements are.
How to set up an access account or add access requirements to your existing account:
1) Click 'login' in the top right corner of our website then follow the links to 'Register now'
2) Near the end of the process under 'Other Preferences' there is a list of tick boxes for you to select the relevant tags to attach to your account.
3) Select your requirements and 'save'.
The tags you have selected will influence which seats you can book for both unallocated and allocated shows, and the price you will pay when booking online. For example, wheelchair user seats can only be selected and purchased by customers who have attached those tags to their account.
