Part of the Yoko Ono Lennon Lunchtime Concert Series

An afternoon of Indian Hindustani music – Sarangi and Tabla.

Satwinder Pal Singh brings the soulful voice of the sarangi to the stage, shaped by a lineage of masters including his father Ustad S. Shaminder Pal Singh and the legendary Ustad Sabri Khan and Pandit Ram Narayan. Rooted in tradition yet alive with fresh expression, his music carries the depth of generations.

Joining him is celebrated tabla artist Kousic Sen, whose intuitive rhythm and dynamic presence create the perfect canvas for melodic exploration.

Together, they lead you into the heart of Hindustani classical music where raag unfolds, emotion deepens, and silence speaks as powerfully as sound.
