Pars Community Presents: Persian Harmony Festival, featuring a Rahav Music Band and Persian Dance Group, live in traditional concert.
The festival will support the work of Pars Community to continue being a vital resource for newcomers to Liverpool and the UK, offering a beacon of hope for those who are starting a new chapter in their lives. The event will feature exciting performances from a Rahav Music Band, provided by Melody Music Academy, and a Persian Dance Group from Sonia Peraian Dancing Academy, as well as refreshments.
Pars Community is a charitable organisation that has become an integral part of Liverpool's diverse community since 2017. The foundation's volunteers and staff are committed to supporting those who have been forced to flee their homes and seek refuge in the UK. Pars Community offers free English classes and functional skills courses which are tailored to the needs of each student, with a focus on helping them develop the language and maths skills they need to thrive in their new surroundings and to be able to adjust to their new home culture.
Pars Community also provides practical support to those in need, such as food, toiletries and shoes, as well as workshops designed for women who have been through tough times and may feel isolated, powerless, and hopeless.
