Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto is a firm favourite amongst classical music audiences, its lyrical elegance and radiant slow movement making it a regular feature of the Classic FM Hall of Fame. Beethoven’s Fourth Symphony is often overshadowed by the dramatic Fifth, but its infectious energy and sparkling finale show the composer at his most joyful. These timeless classics are given new life by emerging conducting talents from the Royal Northern College of Music.
